These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Equator Frontier Group (“Equator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to our website and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Equator provides a curated deal-flow bridge between high-growth startups and capital allocators in Dubai and the Gulf. We offer marketing information on our public website, a founder application portal, and an investor dashboard for mandate-aligned opportunities.

We do not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or regulated financial institution unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Introductions and any transactions occur directly between founders and investors.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any organisation you represent. Investor portal access is by invitation only. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

By submitting an application, you represent that information and materials you provide are accurate, that you have rights to share them, and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You grant Equator a limited licence to review, store, and share materials with relevant investors for mandate-matching purposes.

Submission does not guarantee funding, introductions, or any particular outcome. Fees and commercial terms, if any, are discussed separately during onboarding.

Investor users receive confidential deal information intended solely for mandate review. You agree not to redistribute materials without our prior written consent and to comply with applicable securities and confidentiality laws in your jurisdiction.

Non-public information made available through our portals or offline processes must be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

Content on our website and in portals is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and due diligence.

All website content, branding, and materials produced by Equator remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission, except as necessary for your permitted use of the services.

Our services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Equator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
